Prediction: Trudeau resigns before the end of 2023 citing strain on personal / family life. Interim leader will honour agreement with NDP to ensure no election will be called until a new leader is selected. New leader will get the nod in late 2024/early 2025. Agreement with NDP will be ripped up at that point and an election called if the NDP has the desire and funding to go through an early general election. Liberals have a fighting chance of forming government again if an election takes place during the honeymoon phase of the new leader's tenure.
