It looks great. How big is the hole at the bottom? That thin metal is probably quite heat inductive so quick to heat up but disapates heat during the brewing process. Is that about right?

There's 3 holes about 1-2mm wide. So pretty big flow, the limiting factor for flow is the filter used + how fine-grained the coffee is. The metal is shaped in a way that there's not a lot of contact between the wet filter and the metal, so it's really not too bad actually.

I use a hario v60 and that has one massive hole at the bottom.
