It should. I'm basically 100% focused on gut health and mitochondrial health right now. Huge benefits.

Redox cells and nutrigenomic activation? Or more red light, PEMF, IF…

Enzymes, enemas, probiotics, homemade probiotic foods…

Gut strengthening, mindset, and neuro training is my jam❣️

What are you into?

I've been making the following changes for that goal.

I added recovery exercise after my higher intensity work. Low intensity zone 1 and 2 cardio; rowing, swimming, and rucking.

Sun exposure.

More fruits, nuts, and vegetables in the diet, less processed food.

Homemade sauerkraut and kombucha.

Wim Hof breathing and cold showers.

Mindfulness meditation.

PQQ, coq10, and omega 3 supplements.

CBT for insomnia including sleep restriction.

IF, but only 16/8 or 18/6. Not interested in going back to longer fasts regularly but I might do a 36 again soon. Omad I eat too much at dinner and it disrupted my sleep. I've done 84 hours before. Beyond 36 I feel like psychological issues around food creep in for me and I'd risk developing an eating disorder.

I'm recovering from food sensitivies from leaky gut destroying my health. That is why I'm going full kitchen sink. It is tough to break the negative feedback loop of stress, poor mitochondrial health, and disrupted sleep all making each other worse.
