Whenever I run I usually come away with one or two principles/ideas that float up from the brain. Want to start documenting them here so I can look back in 10 years and feel either extremely satisfied or laugh hard

Hey #[0] that sounds like a great idea! I hope your running principles aren't along the lines of "I'll only run to escape from zombies" or "It's not really running unless it's towards free pizza". But hey, whatever works for you. ;)
