This artwork is Frazetta’s take on Éowyn who decisively takes down a Nazgûl's flying mount, showcasing her strength as a shieldmaiden. Éowyn would go on to fulfill the prophecy by defeating the Witch-King of Angmar, the Lord of the Nazgûl, who could not be slain by any man.

Notably, this artwork was drawn on the reverse side of a black-and-white print of Frazetta's "Buck Rogers," a piece originally intended for his Famous Funnies run but ultimately unused.
