Absolutely. Rumor has it they line your stomach and slow your metabolism so I tried em for breakfast for a few days. I was absolutely starving by 9am. Hard no for me, dawg.

Wouldn’t slowing down your metabolism keep you full? And speeding up your metabolism would make you hungry?

Exactly. That's why I felt so bamboozled about it. Ntm, I was trying to use them for building mass. Nothing about achingly hungry is good for mass.
