Both.
Exfrog is the man and he cares about audio and video quality more than anyone I've ever met. I'm sure he's flipping out, trying to fix it, working with what tools and within the constraints that he has in front of him.
I stopped listening. Not sure if it’s on my end. I can’t hear anything. 😞
