Last Spring, i heard the chickens alerting, so i grabbed the shotgun and ran out the door. Stopped dead in my tracks, with eye contact with a big bald eagle 10 feet away. i just lowered the weapon and watched it fly away. its wing span was so wide it barely fit through the gap in the trees. Incredible creatures.
