For sure seen both. Sleeping meds seem to be really bad too.
Yeah. Well nearly any big pharma drug is bad for people. I'm trying to get my dad to change his diet and GTF off of the statins and blood thinners he's on. His brain is being eroded and it pisses me off. He's a sad shell of the man he used to be.
