Look at areas around Jackson Wyoming / Driggs ID / eastern ID. Grand Teton mountains. Jackson is very touristy and big money but surrounding areas are amazing.
Prime locations, rugged and honest people. The most American place I have been in the states.
And everybody casually keeps the rockets on them out there. No problems.
