If John Mearsheimer found him self shipwrecked on an island with 4 strangers, he would immediately start exercising to try to make sure he was the most powerful person on the island.

It's stressful and sad to listen to people like him who think everything and everyone is motivated by power.

A bit of exercise won't help you to overpower 4 if all started out equal but I guess that's your point.
