These were only around from the mid 80s to the early 90s I think. They were served in a double styrofoam box that kept the hot side hot and the cold side cold so the lettuce wouldn’t wilt and the tomato wouldn’t get soggy. Pretty sure the cheese wasn’t melted either. And they didn’t even have bacon! No wonder it was a flop.
