Yeah I do see the point, and I do believe personal responsibility is empowering but sometimes perhaps there are situation where utself it's your responsibility to let things go and just adapt to it at best way you can..

Like a sail man can't change the direction of the wind, he can just adjust the sails in order to better navigate.. his responsibility is to not sink its own ship.
