What did you expect, nobody trying to abuse, control, dismiss, cancel #Bitcoin ?

It is either decentralized meaning everyone can mine, run a node, transmit transactions or it is not decentralized.

Since humans are far from being perfect there will be abuse or attempts for abuse.

The only effect with a less decentralized system is that you are waiting for the inevitable bad actor to gain control.

Monero perhaps isn't a scam but can/will only work in a limited setting.

Fine If it suits some of your needs, but don't confuse it with a better alternative for #Bitcoin.
