BC? That is the North Fork Payette in Idaho.
Cool. Indeed there are parts of the Great Basin Desert and Columbia plateau that are connected to both BC and Idaho. Just a ways north. Same vegetation and topography. The land of sagebrush and Ponderosa Pines.
