"Race does not exist." Ridiculous. All living beings, from humans to cichlids to even the grasses that grow in the fields, have evolved by a process that involved the divergence of single species into races or varieties, then into subspecies, and finally into separate species. To think that humans are somehow exempt from this process of unending race-formation and divergence is patently absurd.

I think you're wrong about that. Very small percentage differences in DNA can have massive biological consequences. The percentage difference is almost irrelevant. For an analogy, I can change one line of code in a 500,000-line program and change it from a functioning Bitcoin node into a program that displays a picture of Donald Trump with a cat on his head.

Natural behavior in large numbers of species (and even subspecies) is very, very finely tuned to avoid matings outside the group. The main tendency of Life is divergence. Exceptions don't disprove this.

by the way: race was renamed to subspecies for political reasons. It‘s was same thing: a scientific term to help studying species. It is not as well defined but science is dirty and a work in progress.
Any „proof“ that races don’t exist is literally a „proof“ that black is white. Some people may not care about the differences, but that doesn’t make them disappear.
