Three unsolicited suggestions you can do for a long healthy life:
1) Strength Train. If you can squat your body weight, you probably won’t struggle up the stairs - or off the pot.
2) Golf. Because after you retire early from #3, what else will you have to get mad at but a little white ball?
3) Hodl BTC. So you can stop working a fiat job to lift and golf more.
