Why?
1) I mint a token at a mint: I use my node, might deanonymize me to some degree as a user of that mint.
2) I now have a bearer token. I can send it to anybody "out of band"
3) They redeem it to pay an LN invoice
who paid the invoice?

would first ask if there would be points where it can be traced back to someone's ip
