every bitcoiner who thinks they want to build a #citadel should spend 4-5 days mixing concrete in a wheelbarrow for a foundation pour.
if you can't keep mixing,
maybe rethink your plans.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time. You'll get better though! Everyone starts somewhere.
