I’ll be blunt, this article is garbage. So is this whole manufactured narrative that the Catholic Church is somehow uniquely abusive toward children.

Look at the numbers, even peer-reviewed studies show 250–500 cases a year, which is awful, but nowhere near what happens in schools, homes, or media industries. In comparison, the church is statistically one of the safer places.

And honestly, sometimes I wonder if the people writing these pieces are projecting their own guilt or involvement.
