I was using neovim.

But every time I tried doing something with the support of an LLM, it would give me commands using nano... I got tired of fighting the default.

And to be fair, for light use, such as that in my OP of changing one line in a config file, nano is sufficient.

the trouble is that apt install emacs-nox brings in this exim4 crap that starts a mail server listening on port 25. Bitch, I dont want an open port, I just need to edit something.

Is that a dependency for using nano?
