As part of my reasoning I do not see any fundamental change that would end this chopsolidation. We are not there yet. Strategic Reserve of this or that does not bring anything new or important to the table. I still think that we need to test this area of low previous interest 70-80. Revisit, prove it was taken successfully and then again we go to higher levels.
