What jack and samsom could do is lobby in the US against these laws, I don't think it matters if they are French, they might be breaking US law by serving US users. I don't think they want to stay and then find out. WoS already pulled out, Synonym never served in the US bc of all that. Time for US bitcoiners to push back on that.
