Has anyone gone from a ledger live/ledger setup to a sparrow wallet/coldcard or seedsigner setup for cold storage?

Of course. When you realize that bitcoin is the truth you will throw out your ledger because the love shitcoins and do that cold wallet sparrow setup or bluewallet or with a blockstream jade hardware wallet.. do it it's a must

Yes exactly, however I do have a question about the setup. Would you recommend just setting up a new wallet and sending all the BTC there while also paying transaction fees, or import the wallet and add the cold card as multisig ?

Completely new wallet.. get a new set of words.. start it fresh.. fees will be replaced when value goes up..

That’s what I thought lol. Can also just stack back the fee. Thank you for that !

I also use Phoenix wallet it's a non custodial lightning network wallet you should check it out..

Yea once I get my lightning node set up and open some channels that’s the wallet I plan on using as well

I can also have 2 accounts using the same cold card right? For example KYC and non-KYC stack in 2 different sparrow wallets? The UTXOs are kept separate so it’s not like they even touch right ?

Sorry this might have got lost in the convo thread lol

Not yet but I’m thinking about it

Do it ✅ fren 🫂🧡🤙

Is that your preferred method?

It’s my plane I’m just trying to see if it’s better to setup as new wallet and send BTC from ledger live to sparrow, or import wallet and add the coldcard for multisig

#[4] has and continues to build an incredible wallet with all the features you need and the ability to do it no matter your noob abilities.

All the best options for cold storage wallets are able to be utilities via Sparrow. Check out the documentation and there’s lots of tutorial videos ✌️

🙋🏽‍♂️

I’ll never use a Ledger again.

Facts I’m eager to move on from it!

In regard to 2 stacks (KYC and non-KYC), can you have 2 separate wallets in sparrow and use the same coldcard, or is it recommended to have 2 different setups for this scenario?
