that's a misinterpretation. you can use kyc coin and still be able to complete an online payment sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. for instance, zapping you with my kyc coin satisfies the abstract.

Sure but I shouldn’t have to KYC to have permission to send you bitcoin, that’s the point. If I have to KYC to participate what I have isn’t what Bitcoin was intended to be.

You don't need KYC to send it. You need it to acquire it. I get your point, though.
