It was once considered that the Internet was as "wild as a cowboy, with no laws". Doesn't surprise me that in this "lawless" arena, they would do such thing with little reprocution to them, or the effect that it causes in those people's lives.
I'm glad many of us stayed cowboy enough to create our own "lawless", but fair through consensus, world.
