Day2: Did not manage to significantly reduce the carbs, but at least no added sugars. Figuring out if it is possible to obey to stable eating timeframes. Stumbled over a video of Peter Attia describing a kind of impulse control, allowing yourself time to reflect if triggered by something before reacting. Going to try it out.
