Nostr Web Client

I think going forward, any new wallets must have Nostr integration at launch.

Mutiny is crushing it. I imagine Phoenix is implementing NWC.

I do love nwc, I love mutiny in general and they're working some kinks out. Had a couple lightning channels close through them.
