i just found out that stouffer's creamed chipped beef (a classic from my childhood, which i still love) started shipping in a typical frozen dinner tray instead of a little square bag, so it has become MUCH easier to prepare.
i toast the toast, i microwave the chipped beef, i cut up the toast into little squares on a plate, i pour the chipped beef from the tray on top of the toast, i enjoy.
this has made me go through my bread reserves much faster than the grilled cheeses. mainly because it takes four pieces of bread each time instead of two. also, i ate two chipped beefs one right after the other today because it was so good. mmmmm, mmmmm!!!!! that's the power of stouffer's!
