Almost 1 year ago my daughters mother filed for a domestic violence report on me for calling a wellness check when she was actually arrested for domestic violence with her new partner. Dishonorable judge Steven M Falgren granted the injunction giving the mother 100% custody not even looking at any evidence or listening to real testimony. This is illegal. Since then the mother removed her from her school and moved over 1k miles away to Texas without court or my permission. This is also illegal. Some call it kidnapping. After fighting the injunction I finally got it vacated after 328 days. I've been falsely accused. Falsely punished. Worst of all my daughter has been falsely punished by not being able to see her father who has been there for her since day 1. The system is a failure. But today I am supposed to get my daughter back. I've not wanted to be here a lot this year. But I've persevered. And now things will come in to proper alignment.
