After months off caffeine, have you noticed changes in your natural/general energy levels?
Discussion
No, because there is a limit one can endure. "A life without coffee is possible, but meaningless " (freely adapted from Adorno)
Yeah once you’re off caffeine you realize you don’t need caffeine at all. Energy levels rise and fall naturally with the sun.
I enjoy the ritual of making and drinking coffee too much to give it up. I don’t drink alcohol or do any recreational drugs either, so it’s my only vice!
I live in Ireland 😂☠️ what’s that yellow thing in the sky you’re talking about
You can also try some 🧉 👌🏻
Haha I’m Irish by blood. Living in the American southwest has me tan as fuck.
Nice, that’a what I’ve heard. I’ve taken a few weeks off of it but haven’t experienced that. Gotta give it another try.
I love coffee but it’s terribly diuretic and likely flushes a ton of essential nutrients and minerals out of the body.
