For me personally it arises from the thought that dumb people are unable to responsibly manage their own lives.

I agree in the sense of “using state benefits” instead of using brains to put food on table. Though I don’t see how it should be an obstacle for a big brain libertarian worth to think about
There are a lot of solutions, but unfortunately they’re all coercive.
