How do you link to a note in snort.social? I only get an nevent thing that no client including snort itself will interpret.

Magnifier icon there and to enter there note id. After you will see a note, click by it and you will see link. Example: https://snort.social/e/note1gjavctud0r2kmmg7dduu4cqk6h9nlv7p3vy68wjsem3zztuhl4dqzgfh07

If you not logged there I think it will work with Login field

That doesn't work for Amethyst, as it's an external URL, not a direct note reference.
