Buddy if mine has a Mark II with orange or maybe red markers. He has had Omega sales reps tell him they think it is fake because they just never see them and don't know they exist. It is very much real.

The case is an unusual shape. It feels very 70s - when I was buying and selling vintage watches, these style cases were less desirable to collectors. They prefer the ‘skin diver’ cases
The Mark II was introduced in the early 70's, and the pillow cushion case was very much of that era.
I remember looking for a Caravelle Sea Hunter, a lot of them had that style case, but I went for one with a more minimal shape. They def come up, generally at good prices in the case shape you posted.
