Day 1 of water fast completed.

It wasn't too bad, maybe because I'm already in ketosis? I had a few periods of strong hunger pangs but settled quickly once I drank some water.

I was most surprised I didn’t get a headache, particularly as I didn’t have any coffee.

The distilled water arrived today so will start that in earnest tomorrow. I had one glass of it tonight, it tastes quite different than regular tap water 🚰

Not sure how long I'll go for, hopefully 3 days but will go longer if I can!
