Can’t go wrong with a Weber. Gas grill for ease and convenience, charcoal for better taste, but more time required.

idk how to use gas

Very easy to learn. Hook up the hose to propane, turn on the propane, open the burners, hit the start button. If you do HVAC work, you can definitely figure this one out 😂🤣

Im a big fan of my charcoal Weber grill. They come in a mess of sizes depending on the space you have to work with and are pretty versatile.

I could write a whole lot about this.

Want easy? Gas

Want flavor? Charcoal

Mainly want to slow cook things (ribs) and just want to set and forget? Pellet grill

My personal rec would be a Weber performer deluxe with a Slow n Sear deluxe accessory. Unless you’re cooking for more than two people at a time or you plan to cook a week’s worth of food at a time. Then size up to the 26” kettle and correspondingly sized Slow n Sear

I love my Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 with cast iron charcoal and smoker tray👌

My favorite growing up

My favorite is filet mignon. Has to be grilled with coals. Gas grills don’t do anything good for the meats flavor.
