life sentence prison has two different meaning in Malaysia. we have sepanjang hayat which means to the end of your life and sepanjang hidup, which mean equal to the age of offence

An America. We have life in prison with eligibility of parole and we have life in prison.

in Malaysia, "seumur hayat" has been limited to max of 30 years.

"seumur hidup" remains the same, with 30 years cap as well
