Ive been super sick these past few days and I haven’t been able to row. My anxiety is to the roof. Big ZAPS should make you smile lol

They do make me smile. I get anxious because my gratitude feels overwhelming with not much way to say thank you. Zaps have a feeling like winning a scratch card lottery ticket. Haha
