Depuis 99 l'Argentine rencontre les mêmes difficultés et sous FMI elle peine à rebondir pourtant pour un immense territoire très riche a tous les niveaux . Un système qui semble être comme celui de l'Espagne à 'Epoque des propriétaires terriens
