What's the simplest way to create a Bitcoin Lightning Address? I don't want to host a node, or install a mobile app, and I don't want to use an exchange.

Oh great, Primal does not let me create a Lightning Wallet because I reside in Turkey 😒

I ended up hosting a lightning node over Alby, and paid about $16 equivalent of BTC on lightning network to connect my node to the other nodes. Gladly one of the crptocurrency exchanges that I registered back then had Lightning wallet withdrawals. Well, it's something.
