Organic maps is easier to use, but it doesn't do nearly as much as OsmAnd.

For example, if you want to overlay live traffic conditions using Google tiles, you have to use OsmAnd.

It's the best alternative but still needs work...I used it to navigate and it's very confusing to pick the right destination sometimes. I didn't choose the right road direction like east or west because how the fuck should I know and went out of my way a lot

By "it" I assume you mean OrganicMaps? OrganicMaps tends to create slighty longer routes when compared to OsmAnd.

You can use the app "GMaps WV" to look up addresses, and share those locations to OsmAnd or OrganicMaps.

GMaps WV it's available in F-Droid.

Yeah ...that is cool. Sucks that needs to be done ... Over complicates things when you really need to make a quick decision

I wish FOSS map apps would look up addresses properly... It's their biggest downfall.
