Why does the Micro Strategy Scheme feels exactly like Tera Luna, but with a Zombie Company instead of a Algo Stable Coin

If MSTR stock plummets what's stopping them from selling #bitcoin to prop up the $$$ price of the stock

The difference is MSTR is not a stablecoin. The stock can dump and it does not affect their BTC holdings.

With Tera Luna there was a direct link between their BTC reserves and their stablecoin price.
