"Altcoin" is such a dumb word. An alternative to bitcoin, the world's most perfect form of money. Here you go, we made an alternative to that.

That’s why I prefer *shit*coin when referring to anything but bitcoin
I like it for that reason. It forces the question, “alternative to what?”, is less vulgar an off putting than shitcoin, and specifically groups everything together as an ‘other’ to bitcoin.
Better term would be fiatcoin
