Highlighter is no longer working for me....

I take the page address, load it in the search bar, article comes up, the highlighter pen shows, I highlight what I want and that's where the process ends. Can't do anything with what I highlighted, can't save to a "list" as I hit the create button nothing happens. I have tried logging out and back in and refreshing the page.... It appears others are using it just fine.

Using BRAVE browser, even tried the extension with no luck and removed it again...

I just wanna use it, arghh!
