Good morning #plebchain every morning I whip an organic pasture raised corn and soy free egg yolk with a tsp of coconut sugar and that's the base for my coffee. It's nature's multivitamin.

Does the yolk affect the flavor a great deal?

Thanks! No, it doesn't! And I cycle in and out of ketosis and can still do this on keto days. I whip the egg yolk and coconut sugar in a bowl then actually pour coffee in that, mix, then pour into a mug. Let me know if you try it!
