Mental health is crazy misunderstood by the modern healthcare system. Doctors are completely brainwashed to just push endless pills rather than address root causes, which are primarily diet-related.

Stop and visualize the most mentally unwell person you know.

Got someone in mind?

I'll bet they eat mostly plants and very little fatty red meat/butter/eggs.

Was I correct?

The human brain needs FAT to function. Without it, all essential neurological systems short-circuit in the form of depression, anxiety, ADHD, brain fog...eventually alzheimer's/dementia if you starve it for fuel and smother it with plant toxins long enough.

No. Not correct, even though eventually diet becomes a problem but that probably has more to with self-sabotage. Most people I know that have so called mental problems are victims of abuse.
