A couple pointers for new nostr users:

1) there is no real “delete” button, and you can’t edit a note. (“Delete” exists in some clients but it simply hides the note if another client supports the concept). So, read your note carefully before you post, and expect to say the wrong thing once in a while. It’s okay! It’s authentic 🤙

2) there are also no “take backs” if you like your own note. Again, no worries! We’ve all done it (a lot).

3) posts don’t typically “trend” for more than 24 hours. And if you see a note show up more than 30 minutes after it was posted, that’s because other users like and repost it! It’s a beautiful form of organic growth, because most clients have no algorithms at all.

The “ephemeral” nature of posts here creates a stream-of-consciousness feed that I think you’ll find is delightfully authentic, engaging, and unique.
