Thought his manifesto would be a rant but it wasn't. It's almost as if he warned us all. It's also available in Audible BTW - good narrator too.

I don't think many people realize this today, but his manifesto is going to be the basis of a future decelerationist movement, which is inevitable as we continue accelerating towards a techno-future.
