I understand. No one wants to be coerced. But I am keen to know, is there any evidence in our history at all that a society survives and thrives in a leaderless society? I am genuinely curious. Perhaps I have not looked enough but I am yet to see. I'd be delighted to be directed to the right reference books. If there is none, how do we propose to co-exist in a leaderless society? What does that nee world look like?

Sure there is, it is this neurotic toxic centralized madness that is the aberration. Before that we were much more decentralized. Sorry I haven't had a chance to catch up and converse with you guys. I would agree with the dude in the video except that it's mostly idealism that is now less certain than he makes it out to be.

To be clear that centralised vs leaderless vs decentralised are not the same. The thread originate from leaderless convo. I am more concerned of leaderless society due to chaos it may bring. However, I am curious as I previously mentioned if there is evidence in our history that we survived as a society or community or tribe without a leader (not idea but an event that happened in history)? I have not seen one but I may be looking at the wrong place. If there is one, any reference would be great. If there is none, how do we propose moving forward? #foodforthought ☺️
