I think thats awesome though.

The wines prob wont increase in value like bitcoin would.

But i think the intrinsic value on having call backs to your past proof of work is priceless.

I am curious though. Your wine being natural. No commercial crap... will it age better or... not as long shelf life.

All good, it's something I should talk about more.

Weve aged our estate Pinot (dad made it) 18 yrs and it was still getting better.

So it ages great.

The main catch is that you even more need to make sure it's stored properly. There's less room for error

Exactly there's no easy way to know how a wine will age
